INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co. held the inauguration ceremony for its new adiponitrile (ADN) plant at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP) in November 2022. Being a critical part of INVISTA’s integrated nylon 6,6 value chain, the plant, which is a more than 7 billion RMB (over 1 billion USD) investment, has a capacity of 400,000-ton/year and is the largest capital project in in the company’s history. The plant will further boost local production capability for nylon 6,6 and help accelerate the high-quality upgrades of the Chinese chemical industry.
2022年11月，英威达尼龙化工（中国）有限公司在上海化学工业区（SCIP）庆祝尼龙化工己二腈（ADN）生产基地顺利投产。作为英威达有史以来最大的投资项目，该生产基地总投资超过70亿人民币（超过10亿美元），年产能达到40万吨，成为英威达尼龙6,6价值链的重要组成部分。该生产基地将进一步支持尼龙6,6本地化生产，并支持中国化工行业加速高质量升级。

Construction is complete on the INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd., adiponitrile (ADN) project at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP). We are currently in the commissioning stage for the plant and anticipate start-up in late October.
英威达尼龙化学（中国）有限公司位于上海化学工业区（SCIP）的己二腈（ADN）生产基地项目建设工作已顺利完成，现正进行设备调试，预计将于今年十月下旬正式投产。

Congratulations to the China ADN project team on safety milestone and construction progress! Employees from INVISTA and Fluor, the China ADN project general contractor, recently celebrated 20 million work hours without a lost-time incident on this nylon 6,6 value chain project at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.
Construction for this deployment of INVISTA’s most-advanced ADN technology is nearing completion with more than 90 % of the plant complete. Commissioning activities will begin soon with start-up on schedule for midyear.
祝贺中国己二腈项目实现又一安全里程碑，建设进展顺利！英威达和中国己二腈项目总承包商福陆的员工最近在上海化学工业区庆祝了这个尼龙 6,6一体化价值链项目的2000万无工伤损失工时。
